Cultivation Ornamental Value: high. Care: very little. Speed of Growth: normal. These are very tough aloes and will take a hard frost as long as theyre not still young and tender at ground level. Mine took -10 cel in a pot without visible damage. Medium grower, doesnt mind poor soil and lots of winter rain but loves drainage and air circulation. Mine only gets half a day sun and lots of wind by the sea. You cant really kill them! NZ[otago] A visitor 2008-07-27
